We are in the eastern Time Zone of the US (NY based with an office in PA). Our servers are strategically placed world wide (Amsterdam, NY, California, Texas). I'm quite sure many of the management companies employ English speaking administrators - quite a few even native English speakers.
Please note; Windows admins are not actually admins and if you do not know Linux very well (meaning from the command line not the GUI) then do not reply to this post.
I'd beg to differ. Administration of Windows servers is no easy task. Maybe just specifically ask for Linux server admins? If looking for individual person, you're best bet on this forum is probably the employment forums.and if you do not know Linux very well (meaning from the command line not the GUI) then do not reply to this post.
Here is a tip based on my bad experience. We had hired Touch Support for this very reason. Native English speakers. When they could not get a Plesk install to go right, we opted to have them manage the server via command line. Much to my surprise, they refused stating that they do not manage command line machines.

You may want to try an outsourced company based in U.S. It all depends on your budget, if you go with an outsourced company then this will probably be a cheaper solution then hiring someone and pay an hourly fee.Here is another tip for you. When you hire some individual from this or other forums that you have never met, Be VERY CAREFUL and check backgrounds and past history. There are some GREAT people on these forums. But there are also some REAL AMATUREs who are practicing at their hobby. We had one guy who seemed good and had some decent references. But in the end he botched security on one of our boxes and it lead to a minor crisis.Look for good reputation amongst their former or current clients. Uses industry standards in their practices.
