Looking for a server management FAST!!!

I'm looking for a new server Management company but with a cheap prices but with a good quality service

Very sadly i have trusted a company with my server, but in the middle of my server migration they suddenly stopped working for more than 24hrs now

and i'm in a risk of loosing all my current clients as the migration is going to take TONS of time as it looks like it now.

So i would like a recommendation of anyone that have used another good server management company but with a good prices,

I'm paying about 30$/month with that company, so i would really appreciate if their is other companies with that range of priceHi,Check the System Management Offers Section. I'm a client at platinumservermanagement.com, which have proven that they are the WORST management company ever

Right now i have 6 tickets on hold with their copied respnses

"we are fixing the issue right now"

"i'm looking in your problem"

and the best part is .. when your ticket is on hold .. your not allowed to add a replay to that ticket and at the same time .. your not allowed to create another ticket about the same problem!!!

So basically what they are saying .. "shut up until we have the mood to fix it"

its been more than 24hrs now waiting for my server migration with only 10 clients moved ..

10 in more than 24hrs CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!!

Problem should be localized and solved. Within a investigation time anyone can't say you more than "problem exist and we look into it". What you may expect more? Nothing. 3) In most ticket system ticket on hold mean that tech work on your problem and he will reopen ticket if he need additional information from you or close ticket if problem solved. 4) In some company (which pricey) you may contact to PR manager (yes i call him as PR manager because he only speak with clients and get them to be patience) and discuss with him anytyhing. But, admin/tech should not speak, they should just solve problem.I cannot confirm are they work on your problem or not and i don't know are they experience huge problem with moving but from my own experience sometimes problem may happen and solving such problem may be not so easy as it look for client. I just tried explain how system administrators team usually manage client problem. Some companies more open and communicative but for 30 USD can you expect more communication? I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way but I think you are being a little extreme. You have used our service in the past and have come back to us again, and have submitted 10 tickets in the past 2 weeks and have all been completed so far.

Tickets that are on hold are in progress like it says on our site, they are updated when we have updates available. We do not put tickets on hold just to push them aside. Nobody ever ignored them and they never exceeded our SLA guarantee, and we never did anything to make you feel the way that you do. We have no control over the migration speed which is also explained on our site.

Even after your post saying that you feel we are the worst, you continued to submit more tickets to us.

I don't think it's appropriate to continue to use our service yourself in private while telling everyone else in public you think we are the worst.

I hope you can find another provider that meets your requirements and expectations.Hi o0BIG_BOB0o, you can try seeksadmin, I did use they services by the past... Good luck.
