What I want is a tool to help postion rows/coloums with out the use of tables.
Anyone have such a beast.

Well I could do that, but I wouldn't appreciate being called a tool. 
Joking aside, you can make layouts in Dreamweaver without touching a table, or you could simply take the time to learn HTML and CSS.David
A tool would make my HTML/CSS development easier (ie DreamWeaver). Since I'm looking for a tool to make HTML/CSS development easier one could infer that I have a fair amount of experience with HTML/CSS. I only look to make the tedious job of positioning columns less time consuming.
Thanks for the replyI would have thought that positioning columns would really take minimal effort and that it would be creating the CSS to apply the design to the markup that took the time.
