hi guys,<br /><br /><br />im looking for some kinda script that works like the following..<br />..<br /><br />theres a box a user can type up some news<br /><br />and then click post..<br /><br />and its automatically updated as front page news..<br /><br />... some features like editing.. deleting would be good<br /><br />and allowing html code to be posted.<br /><br />thanks if anyone knows anything like this let me know<br /><br />havoc,<!--content-->

if you just want to give it a test run, try the auto install from cpanel, it is version 6.0 but its pretty much the same thing. and will give you a feel for it.<br /><br />If you decide to use it, I would go with the 6.5 enhanced version from nukecops.com, it has all of the features you would need, plus its already tapped for google. Google has a hard time deep crawling phpnuke sites, that arent google tapped. (in other words it turns urls like <a href="http://www.mysite.com/modules.php?name=Sections&op=listarticles&secid=9" target="_blank">http://www.mysite.com/modules.php?name=Sec...rticles&secid=9</a> into urls like <a href="http://www.mysite.com/sections-listarticles-1.html)" target="_blank">http://www.mysite.com/sections-listarticles-1.html)</a><br /><br />From what i have read 7.0 is buggy as heck, I use nuke on 3 of the 4 sites I have.<!--content-->
