Im doing a site with a webcomic and the format is that there are 5 pics each it's own panel. When the viewer clicks a "Next Panel" button it jumps down to the next panel on the same page. Now I can do all that but how can I lock the scrollbar so the viewer can't skip ahead? If anyone has seen Kid Radd they know what I talking about.<br />
