On most sites i have seen that nothing Appears till the site is completly loaded. How do i do this? can it be done without using php? Any help would help.<br />

Look for stuff about preloading images.<!--content-->that works for images, but if you say everything like text and stuff, it is not preloading but the way your browser is Download <!--more-->ing, if you are fast enough it seems that it all loads at once, if on a modem than it will load slower and you can see it piece by piece.<!--content-->
