hi,
What is the impact with regard to SEO if we place links in the meta tag of the web site,I mean that will it helpful for you or this may damage your cause.
BR There are several types of meta tags... what particular tag are you referring to?
If you like to place your url name in Title or Description tags, as per my opinion, you are just wasting the most valuable place of your site. That Meta Tag which is inside the header tag To create link in meta tags it just like a spam. You can not get benefited to do it.Because Meta tags always hidden from Real Time Users. And It never convert in to the Clickable Links....So please don't do it. create link in meta tag is not the right way to get traffic.It will reduce your site reputation. Hi,
The Meta tag in html is not a required tag when you're creating your web pages.

There are so many types of meta tags available that is totally for crawlers of search engine only. I heard on other site that meta tag is not much useful tool in seo now..is that right..?
