Does it hurt my PR to link to a site with no PR? The site is not banned. It may be new. I want to link to it as my visitors would be interested in it but i don't want to hurt my PR or get banned.Your situation is similar to mine. I am going to try adding a "nofollow" meta tag to my pages that have links to poorly ranked sites. That way I can provide links I want to offer to my visitors, but google wont follow the links.
