linking to frame content

Hi everyone...
I've got a menu which is basically a sitemap. It has links to every page on my site. The problem is that I have three main sections, each has a floating frame, or iFrame. On each of these sections has a sub menu which i can then call new pages into the floating frame. How can I call a page from the site menu, which is on every page, to link to another one of the three main sections and load in another specific page into the floating frame? Hope this makes sense.
Thanks for ya helpI must have ate too much pepper chicken...I don't understand your question....
KevinOk let me clarify:
Three main pages, each has an iFrame. The sections are "computer Services, "Internet Services", and "About Us". So if some clicks to goto say "About Us" there will be the about us page which also has a sub menu with things like History, MissionStatement etc.

Every page has a javascript menu which slides a way when not in use. This is meant to have links to every page on the site.

If, say I am in the "about us" section and i click on the link to goto "web design" which is part of the "internet services" page, how can i (a) load the internet services page and (b) load the web design page into the iFrame on the internet Services page?

heres the URL http://www.brainworks.co.nz/aboutus.htm

I hope this make sense now.
