Linking to a regular URL from an xml file

What is the XML equivalent to href in XML? If I have a paragraph of text andI want to link a word to a standard HTML file, how is it done? Anyone havea sample or able to send me a site that could explain it?Please email me the solution to this problem. Going postal in 3-2-1!B.Horvath
