linking from text ..to text on a new page, inside a floating frame???

OK, so how do i create a link from text on a page 1 to text on page 2, but the text on page 2 is inside a floating frame?<br />

what i'm trying to say is .....since page two is made up of two pages <br />
<br />
-page 2: destination page<br />
-page 3: page containing text viewed within a floating frame on page 2<br />
<br />
if i link the text on page 1 to the text on page 3, then in theory i'll just be linking to page 3<br />
<br />
but what i want to do is link directly to the some headline text on page 3, but displayed as it should in the floating frame on page 2.<!--content-->Wha?<br />
