I just uploaded a way to keep track of many times my files were Download ed, the readme said to do something to my MySql database 
. Thats where I got lost. It said create some tables. Ive tried but i cant seem to get it to work. If anyone would be willing to help, that would be great.

Are you having a hard time created fields in the table?
What might help is if you post what the instructions were for setting up these tables and what nought.Ive actually gotten it to work. Sorry to both u about it, but thank you very much anyway.
