Link Submission Company You Use

I have spent plenty of time with article submissions. I am wondering who here has used other companies for their link submissions? Which company? What we're you're results?I am not asking for directories, but companies that can submitt my information. I am taking recommendations from companies with references.I have always preferred doing this myself so that I have complete control over that is being submitted and where.That is what I did and it was very time consuming. Any other takers? Looking for ways to reduce my time and improve results.
