I found some link-building service as follows:
# 300 permanent, one-way text backlinks from 100 high quality high PR forums. Samples: PR9, PR9, PR9, more.
# 500 submissions to high PR general directories. Samples: PR8, PR8, more.
# 500 Articles submitted to high PR article directories
# Signature leasing for 10$ in high PR Forums. (Is it relevant how many posts the profile has? I doubt.)

Jessica You should be very careful to choose any web directory submission services around the web. You don't know where your site will be listed. I don't believe on such services,because have you checked how many sites you come across which have PR8 or PR9.And getting links from pages of PR7 or more is very very difficult.So how they are providing this service ! I agree with iwahm. It would be difficult for that seo service to meet those high pr sites. Getting back link for a particular site is easy, the difficult part of link building is the resources you need to build quality and high pr links. Cannot say much about those selling high PR links as these are not entertained by search engines. These are actually profile links like the one with Anglena etc.
For leasing links over forum signature...Yes they might be effective but you need to take your decision wisely.
Article submission is good and getting links from those reputed ones are best to entertain If I were you, I would take a look at deals closely. This kind of link building services are based on quantity and not a quality. You may get results for some low competitive keywords but it would be impossible for high competitive keywords.
