Lightweight css editor - some TopStyle equivalent alternative

my problem is this: i have been using TopStyle. This editor is good in theory, it has a list of great features. however, honestly, it pisses me off. it's these little things, like history inconsistency, strange ticking noise, constant navigation tree refreshing, weird input cursor behavior, silent document changes without notice, just really implementation things that make this editor an annoyance. when trying to resolve the issues i have even found a thread called What annoys you about TopStyle most- and then i realized that it would be perhaps better to look for a better alternative altogether.i was hoping that someone could suggest me an equivalent of the TopStyle css editor, without the annoancesthe features i like about TopStyle and would like to be able to use with some other editors are:
  • syntax highlighting
  • knowledge about css properties and their possible values- auto suggestion
  • "Style inspector", meaning that when you navigate into a curly bracket area it shows a complete list of possible properties. for example, if just i set "font-size" for some selector, it displays a box, where there's category "Font" and it shows the other possible unfilled properties, like font-weight, font-family, etc. or an alternative declaration via "font". it is better seen than explained - here
  • list of used selectors, categorized by classes/ids/elements
  • a small preview of what is being edited (that feature is not that much required)
  • and last but not least, it is quite lightweight and starts up almost instantly
can someone suggest a good alternative with these features, or at least capable of some of the features? it doesn't matter whether it's freeware or a payware, i don't mind buying a good software
