libphp4.so --with-oci8 problem

Linux SuSE 7.0+ Oracle8i 8.1.6.1.0 + php-4.0.4pl1 + apache-1.3.12-130
Configuring PHP source tarball --with-oci8=$ORACLE_HOME and after install
apache server crash with message like: Segmentation fault...
Can anyone help me ?
PS: --with-mysql or (and) --with-pgsql all works good :(
