I have a legacy dBase table created with Clipper. I am now using PHP and MySQL. However, the dBase tables are still being used for the frontdesk and the for the backend reporting, I need to somehow capture the dbase data to output management report using PHP. The problem is the dbase file are being used at anytime and how do I quickly extract the data to a temp file(maybe) - but there is no locking the file..can anyone help?
