I really need an urgent help.
I want to remove the left sidebar of the crystal clean and I want to move the login block up.

Please can any one help me regarding this.
 
as for removing the sidebar, I would look in the footer section. Moving the log in box is hard to say with out knowing what style your working with.
 
Left sidebar in Crystal Clean is found in the navbar template. As for moving the login box, can't help there. Maybe you can borrow some code from a skin that has the login in the header.
