Layout with tables - percentages

I'm using lots of tables to organize my site. Everything lines up fine but there are these margins on the right and bottom that I don't want. When I hit refresh, it all lines up fine and the margins go away. I think it might have something to do with all the percentages I used in my tables but I'm not sure. I tried putting the entire thing in one big table but that didn't fix it. I already put topmargin="0" and the rest of that in my body tag. I've had this problem with almost every site I've ever made but I've never seen it happen on any other sites. To duplicate my problem, open my site, refresh it to see how it's supposed to look, and then hit the home link on the left and the margins will appear. Hope my code is easy for you to read. Thanks for your help.<br />
