Layout Problem, stuck for ideas

im aiming to make a site for java and HTML help and that type of stuff but im really stuck for a layout idea. can anyone help me with any suggestions. i wanna make it look hi-tech but casual at the same time...does that make sense? if so tell me pls.thanx<!--content-->hmm... to make a decent layout, it's best to study some already-made layout!<br />
When you see a site with very profssional design! view source and learn the technique of making such a layout it in (I believe this wouldn't violate copyright right)<br />

If you want to make a hi-tech layout, you should be familiar with graphic, such as bend border, logo, shadow, theme...<br />
