I am only posting the other image from my previous thread. - SGN Reports.gif
Thank you1Don't split posts - keep it together.
We can't 'do' anything with images. A link would be usefulI apologize for not posting the link, but the app is still reviewed by the directors in order to determine how much data will be exposed to the public.
I just couldn't figure out how to attach two files in one message, that's why I had to split them. Sorry!
It is hard to provide you even the code, because it is complicated.
I guess, my question comes down to this:
How I can fix the size of the fonts in Netscape and Firefox, and not allow resizing?
Thank you!It is possible to do this with JavaScript for Mozilla but, if JavaScript is disabled it does not work. Opera is imposable to fix.
Fixing font size is an accessibility problem, think of the visually impaired! Thanks!
I know, everybody has to be able to use a web page.
My only problem is that the map has to stay on the same spot. I am using DHTML layers to allow zooming in the map by drawing a rectangle, and these layers draw where the map is. I have offset variables, and can move the map on the page where I want, but once set there it has to stay there, so the DHTML layers stay right over it.
JavaScript is one of the system requirements for using the app, so I can use it. It was developed for the Intanet, but then the directors decided to put it on the Internet. And here I am.
How hard it is to do it with JavaScript?
Or I have to change the script for the DHTM layers to check where the image is and move with it. I haven't thought about it. I am not a web designer, and this is the first time I faced the challenges of the different browsers.
Thanks again!http://www.quirksmode.org/js/findpos.htmlThis is very cool.
I am going to try it.
Thanks!
I will post the link when it is available.
