latest post X minutes, seconds ago

I know there are a few vbulletin mods that show the latest topics/posts on forum home BUT I cant get the time frame right. Mine says the actual time instead of how long ago instead of how many minutes ago.

Is there a way or another mod that looks like the time settings shown?
