Thanks Maybe use some meta tags that define language, region, city etc.
try them and check again in a week so Google can take the new tags into account.

Additionally, you could do a check by user's IP (e.g. outside of Turkey) OR if the browser's locale is different than tr_TR? then you can link to Goolge translate yourself.

<html xmlns:gtc="MainSystemSchema" xml:lang="tr" dir="ltr" lang="tr-TR">
<head><meta http-equiv="content-language" content="tr" />

Well by doing this google remove [ Translate this page ] option from google.com.tr search results. ok.
There are packages e.g. GeoIP which can help you detect user's country.
So if the country is NOT Turkey then you will echo a link.
Pay attention to the "u" encoded param.
It is the current forum thread.

Code: http://translate.google.com/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=auto&tl=tr&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.v7n.com%2Fforums%2Fseo-forum%2F245662-language-translation-issue.html%23post1642096a hi lordspace thanks for your effort

But the actual problem is that Google treating my Turkish website as a English website. Therefore when i search in Google.com.tr for Turkish keyword Google shows "translate this page" option with my website.
