I see a lot of people opening sites about stuff they know nothing about. They they ask about "keywords". If that is the case with you, I recommend you close your site and open one on a topic that you have first hand - real world knowledge about.
If you have to ask - how do I find keywords, how do I find topics to write about,,, then your website is about the wrong topic. Pick something where you do not have to ask those questions. I suggest you to use keywords in domain name - which will give better result in Google and Bing. But good content with proper use of keywords in content - doing link building for that site - will always good for you. Do Social bookmarking, Article submission, Directory submission for your site and try to get quality & relevant back link for your site.
