Which keywords are best and why?
Family,Law
or Family Law
What is the difference between each set of Keywords and How Google interprets them and How other search engines interpet them? family law would be better i dunno why you would put the , in there? And if I stuff the word family in over and over it wastes space in my keyword selections. Why is it better than Family, law done separately?
Just because you say it is makes it so?
And what if you are trying to lock down multiple twists to the words in combination to other words? I wonder why you will put , between Family and law?
Family law will a great keyword. Don't forget to check your competitors keyword. Good luck! Quote: Originally Posted by JimmyP I wonder why you will put , between Family and law?
Family law will a great keyword. Don't forget to check your competitors keyword. Good luck! As I tried to explain previously, the words Family Law are modifiers for many of my other keywords.
If I don't try and use them as keywords separately then I have to use them over and over again with other words as adjectives.
For example - Family Law Mediator, Family Mediator, Family Law Mediations, Family Mediations, Family Mediator in Florida, Family Law Mediator in Florida, Family Mediator in Tampa, Florida Family Mediator, Florida Family Law Mediator,
The list goes on and on and on. for me it would be family law.. Quote: Originally Posted by aprilhomer for me it would be family law.. Do you have any explanation as to why? family law is better than separating them because you want to go for the long tail keyword phrase.

law is the same, bunch of different types of law.
family law will narrow down the search results but too broad.
What you need to figure out is the long tail your target audience will type in the search box.
Once you have narrowed down a list of possibilities, you can use Google Adword keyword site to see the traffic info. Family law is best one if you are focusing on the phrase "family law' others are too broad.. Be specific on your keyword, it helps you to generate your audience. You will just your waste your effort if put too common keywords. There is no choice but you have to write down all the keywords that suit your content/website. Quote: Originally Posted by Pinky Painter "Family" is broadly used to describe family members. Family Law, Family Mediator, Family Law Mediator, Florida Family Law Mediator, Family Law Mediation in Florida, Mediators in Florida, Florida Family Mediations, Florida Family Mediators, Florida Family Law Mediations, Family Mediation in Florida, Family Mediators in Florida, Family Law Mediators in Florida, (Now add in Divorce as a permutation)
So, as you can see the long tail keywords do not work for me.
It's far easier to use Family,Law,Mediator,Mediation,Divorce,Florida,in
And it seems to cover so many possible permutations. The first one. Always consider that keyword is important which people use commonly in search engines. If someone inserts only family, it means he needs material on the topic of family. Same with law.
But people will come in search of your website by putting the term 'Family law'. So no need to separate them. Family law would seem best in a combination with closely related terms such as divorce, child custody, inheritance etc. Quote: Originally Posted by Leandro The first one. I'm tyring to do only mediation. I'm not looking for someone who wants a lawyer....
So it's either Family Law Mediator or mediator by itself...
I feel mediation and mediator are my main keyword.
