Keyword Stuffing Without Stuffing Keywords

This is a topic that seems to come up a lot across many webmaster forums and other sites. How to keyword stuff your articles, blog posts...etc without actually putting your site in jeopardy of getting slapped by google. This is a good blog post to read. Make sure you read it before commenting.

Anyone have any comments about this blog post and of course keyword stuffing. We all want to insert our keywords in our articles and blog posts to get some loving from the search engines but over doing it can be deadly. Any feedback is more then welcomed.
