Keyword stuffing, how many keywords?

Hi all,
I have a couple of pages, and ive done a keyword density test. The problem is that some pages there could be a main keyword at over 10%, not because of stuffing, just because of sub-headings etc. For example one page is about different exercises and exercise if at around 11% because of headings like:
Exercise Difficulty: Hard
Exercise Time: 30min

etc etc, will this be classified as stuffing by google? Even when its not on purpose. Don't worry about keyword stuffing. As long as the content is useful and it looks natural Google will not penalize. Agree, don't overdo it but I doubt you will be slapped for 10% for one word, you won't really get benefit either though, just make it good readable well written content. Keyword stuffing is a one type of practice of inserting large number of keyword in to web content and meta tag in the attempt to artificially increase the page ranking in search result and also drive more more traffic to the site. The keyword density in a particular page rank from 2%-8% .If its more that,it keyword stuffing which may risk your site. It depends on the keyword. If your keyword is exercise which is having a 10% density, its understandable since your website is all about exercise but if your keyword is a two word pharse and its density is still 10%, that is not normal. If the content is unique its ok. But Over stuffing looks like Spamming. So if you can really reduce the density of the keywords you will surely get more benefit.
Like you gave the example above you can take Exercise in the Title and then you can use simply Time and Type without Exercise. You can use maximum 3 keyword in your post but using 2 keyword is being safe Don't worry it is not causes of penalyze your site. But it should be around 3 to 6% in your web page for better benefit. So you don't have to worry about the risk of stuffing because the proximity of keywords in your headings and the 2 to 3 keyword repeats. Google no longer considers KW density......the relevance of the content is what is important.....
If you write for humans...you should not have any problems...Stuffing is usually very unnatural in the reading.......

Placing the KW all over the site in an effort to manipulate the SE is cause for action by the G.......)))) Ok thanks every one. I even went as far as TAKING out some of the keywords to make it look more "Natural" lol. I guess SE are getting smarter, but just thought I had better check...didnt wanna get penalized for not doing anything wrong I typically don't use anymore than one keyword (link) in a an article at just to play it safe. Besides most of you keyword focus comes from the title, meta tags, and the optimization of the overall site. if it is one or two word, stuffing it to 10% should still be ok. If it is a 4-5 words of keywords and you stuff up to 20% of it, there is something wrong with the page, isn't it? A respected source please. lots of SEO experts think the best possible keyword density have to be 1 to 3 percent. Using a keyword more than that could be considered search spam.
