Keyword as the first word in the domain? Or doesn't it matte

I have a question; Does it matter if you have your keyword in your domain before or after another word in your domain, i.e. for a streaming video site, watchkeyword.com vs. keywordwatch.com.Obviously, watchkeyword.com makes more sense, but does that structure have any negative effects as far a SEO goes or doesn't it matter, regarding the keyword not being the first word in the domain?Any help would be great!
