Keep shouts in shoutbox?

For some strange reason the shouts in the shoutbox keep getting auto deleted or something, every time anyone views the page no matter how many posts were made in the shout box only one appears and then once you type something the one that was showing disappears and adds what you typed.

This is the Inferno 2.5 shoutbox.
