Keep A Poster At the Same # of Posts

How can I keep a single poster at the same number of posts. IE: I want it to always display "123" regardless of his post count.

I'm using v. 3.7.0

Edit the user in the admin cp and see if there is an options for, "count posts" or something along that line.

That wont keep him at the same number of posts all the time though.
