I'm looking for a add on that will allow me to create clubs for my members, and in this club the club leader will have the option to make it private or open. also the club should have there own little mini small forum for the club members. etc..

anyone know if such a hack exists somewhere?

You can create usergroups by going to:
AdminCP>>Usergroups>>Usergroup Manager

To set club leader:
Set certain member as mod with simple mod permissions and give them a user title like clubname team leader.

For there own forum:
Create forums and set password for them
AdminCP>>Usergroups>>Forum Permissions

There might be an easier way but this is one way. I don't restrict people on my site nor do I Have special user groups. so not intirelly sure.
