Javascript inside IE 6

Have stupid issue with running a javascript in IE6, created a script that creates a menu on the page and runs on all users IE browsers except one, and I have not been able to find any solution so I thought about fellow developers. when the user opens the page menu does not display. Have checked versions and installed apps and can find nothing. If I open in another browser, Opera, the script works fine. Anybody have any idea were to look?
