hey, just looking around and plan to use vbulletin on my board.
is that safe if i use gysn keygen?just that's all?or i need some modifications to the script to prevent vb busted me?

please kindly need your advise here.

Using a keygen is safer than non-keygen. Keygens just insert a fake customer code into the vBulletin files to make it look legitmate. But there still may be a chance of vBulletin catching you using nulled vB, maybe a 55% chance. But if you use non-keygen, there is 75%+ chance of vBulletin catching you using nulled vB.

nah what ghost said is a ilusion if vb catchs you it catchs you, the only ones you are fooling are your users 'cuz if jelsoft goes to your site your done for is the same at least for me

I'm not sure why there is even a keygen version released. Jelsoft can check if your site is licensed by checking their database for your URL. If it's not there, your busted.

Users can't view your license number anyways, so there is no reason to try to "trick" them. The only benefit of a keygen version is to fool your host if they look at your files for Jelsoft for a license number. And even then, I'm sure they will verify the numbers with Jelsoft.

that means.im safe from my host server, but not from vb cos' they have license database?
how they generate the license for their customers?how powerful vb is,more than microsoft.lol...
and how they know suspicious nulled board ?

Put it this way:

If your site gets reported by someone, the first they do is check to see if that URL has a license. If not, your host is notified and in most cases they remove your account and delete your files.

Offshore hosting is one way to make sure your board will stay up and running.
