Hi, I recently won an auction for urban-line.net, and the seller says it is a valid PR3 domain name. However, checkpageranking.com says it is forged. I asked the seller about it, and he says it is because Google has no cache for the domain, but that worries me more because, how can a domain be PR3 and not be developed?So, can anyone help me out here? Thanks!
