Is the following possible?<br />

I want to have a homepage with a graphic and a loading bar.<br />
<br />
I want another page to load in the background.<br />
<br />
When the page is loaded a enter button must appear and it will go straight to the pre-loaded page.<br />

if I got your question right, basically you wanted a splash page with a little percentage left thing on it saying how much longer it'd take for the page to be ready to be displayed. I've seen this a lot, but not recently. More often than not, people now just focus on making their web pages more efficient in load times and don't really have to bother with the thing that you're asking.<br />
