Is this hurting my search engine ranking?

My website is http://www.encorepartydjs.com scroll to the bottom and you will see grey text with no links.Now visit this page http://www.encorepartydjs.com/east_michigan_wedding_dj_detroit.html scroll to the bottom you will see 5 links above the grey text. I have these same 5 links put on a majority of my webpages. Is this hurting my rankings? Should I remove them?Hey there,I see you are from michigan.
