I wonder is it safe to upload forum to free host (if possible offshore) and make at your domain hosting a index.html with a redirect to free host BUT that the address bar allways display domain name. and how to do that?
 
Well, i'v only seen that as a feature of domain/subdomain registrar.
There is a mod_rewrite to be run on apache or using asp, but i really don't know how :(

Do you mean use your domain on a free host?
If yes, it's possible. I've tried it, but remember they can
always lookup the free host.

No. They can't touch your domain. Just add your domain on your free host, and
within 24 hours your domain should resolved ;)
