i heard that nintendo copy righted the names dusk mgold and dawn silver! im 100% sure that these games will come out 2012! im sure !! they has to be a gold silver remake for ds! <br />

Dusk Gold and Dawn SIlver have been copyrighted by Nintendo, but I assume that that was just a precautionary tactic to ensure that the games could be placed under that name if they decided to make remakes.

As for a next-gen DS, it's possible. It's been 4 years since the DS was launched, and sales of the DS are lingering in Japan. The latter is prompting Nintendo to release a new DS sooner than planned.
