its for www.swiftproductions.com.au - my target audience is australia so im really trying to focus on the australian market.
also how can i get some of my main pages are subcategories in the search engine? what i mean is ive seen many website come up and directly underneith it there is links to certain pages.

danny your web is good design with full of animation. many category and many thing. but i fell so confuse, there are many picture and big one. i didn't find the focus. what i must do after the first page? maybe you need to develop your layout.
but, it's good web design. what do you mean? are you talking about the animated banner?

Optimize your site first and then concentrate on off-site SEO.

1. I think you might want to use more keyword rich textual contents on your homepage and inner pages. Also, you should use bold, h1 tag in formatting your targeted keywords.
2. Building direct back links for your subcategories would be helpful for their ranking and also be helpful for your homepage ranking.

From the On page point of views you have done most of the thing good excepting title length optimization,you are missing to use header tags in right ways you can use header tags to target keywords rather then using for use less words.
Usability of web site make it week,font are to large and makes a odd look of web page if you can do this then will see how good your site can be look.
Use footer to add all the important link pages from home page.

Something to share today I found a useful SEO tool for checking anchor text link. backlinkwatch.com You can see what are the anchor text link to the URL, but is not 100% accurate, at least I can use to check competitor websites.
