Hey folks, I would like to know if is possible to have two separate forums on one hosting account, if i purchase an additional domain name? If so, could someone please explain how it is done.

I would really appreciate any help on this matter, and i did use the search function, but found no suitable results.

You can do that, you don't need to buy another domain.

Simply upload vBulletin or what ever software into two separate folders in your root:

http ://yoursite,com/forumA
http ://yoursite.com/forumB


Remember to set the cookies properly as you're using two forums on one site.
 
Thanks for your quick reply....I hate to sound like a noob...but could you explain the 'cookies' part to me, I am very new to all this and I just about managed to get one board up...lol
