Is it possible to disable user profiles alltogether?

Hi all. I was wondering is it possible to disable user profiles alltogether? We are going to have user profiles on our site and do not want them on our forum. If this is not possible is it possible to remove the links on the forum to user profiles so users cant access the profiles? Thanks!
 
You probably need to step back and take a look at your project requirements because something is really messed up with the requests you have been making about disabling stuff in the vbulletin code. You NEED to be thinking INTEGRATION not exclusion. What is the main membership software for your site? VBulletin is far more likely to be able to integrate with your database and continue working than stripping out functionality that will quite likely break some critical vbulletin functionality. IMHO
