Is it possible to control which portion of a webpage can be printed?

See: I have an application page on my site. I want to give visitors the option to print out the application but I don't want the top half of the page to be printed along with it. How can I do that?<!--content-->well it is buggy and ot supported by all browsers, even IE, you could use @media<br />
