i have tried to contact CEP(competitve examination preparation) at its mobile number given in the site but its off. so if anybody knows about it that whether CEP is working or not do let me know and if anybody has a contact number of CEP do tell me. and one thing more, is CEP an affiliate in any sense to this CSS forum? Hope that it doesnt break forum's rules.<br />
