IPB - Vb port of themes

is there ANYONE who can port themes from IPB to Vbulletin?
ive got some really nice themes for IPB . but need to run them on vbull

or atleast.... will anyone be willing to give me some links on how to port? as i have plenty of time, just not enough knowledge to do it
