Hello,
anyone experience with interserver cpanel license support ? Seems their support are offline, no reply to email/aimFor years they had an excellent fellow, I think his name was John, running the technical side. Their uptime record was enviable to say the least. We had no CPanel licensing problems.
Alas, their business office more than compensated for the technical excellence in highly imaginative ways.
Nearly a year ago we pulled our dedicateds out over what our General Council felt was clear evidence of an attempted fraud. I gather a number of other folks came to the same conclusion and also left -- but I never heard a complaint about the technical side of Interserver.
The Interserver site is still up, so is it possible that you were just on the wrong side of a glitch?
Aza D. ObermanTake my reply with a grain of salt because I haven't used Interserver in more then a year, but I recall having a fairly "interesting" time trying to extract a little support out of them in critical times. The passing request was often answered quickly, but if there was an outage or major problem, they were always nowhere to be found.
