hi v7..i would like to know if its a good practice to keep all internal links dofollow or not ? proper reaons required..no one liners Dofollow internal links is a good practice but naturally it would be good if you have combination of both dofollow or nofolow internal links. How do you expect to build the PR of your internal pages if you make the links nofollow?
Quote: How does Google handle nofollowed links?
In general, we don't follow them. This means that Google does not transfer PageRank or anchor text across these links. Essentially, using nofollow causes us to drop the target links from our overall graph of the web. However, the target pages may still appear in our index if other sites link to them without using nofollow, or if the URLs are submitted to Google in a Sitemap. Also, it's important to note that other search engines may handle nofollow in slightly different ways.
What are Google's policies and some specific examples of nofollow usage?
Here are some cases in which you might want to consider using nofollow:

You don't vouch for your own site?

+ YouTube Video ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you dont have Flash installed. yeah basically my point was linking each and every thing...wouldnt that mean leaking page rank....ofcourse i know login pages are meant to be nofolowed but consider 2 pages.one is giving u 1000 page views a day and another is giving u 50 page views a day, will it be a gd idea to make both of them dofollow ? Every page on your site is an opportunity to be found in the search results. There are many factors that go into your page showing in the search results. One of which is the number of inbound links to the page. If the page is of no value to your visitors then it shouldn't be there in the first place.
If you don't want the login page to appear, just put the robots meta tag in the head for noindex.
To reduce PageRank leak maybe you need to rethink the structure of your site so internal pages still get internal links but not necessarily from every single page on the site.

Agree, Internal links should be do-follow, no-follow links are wastage in achieving a good page rank, I think. Google recommends to use nofollow internally to tell Google bots on which pages you do not want to receive credit of backlinks from other pages.
