A few blog posts each month that I write, i try to do some internal linking in it if i remember. For example, i wrote a blog post about google panda (not a good post though) and linked my adsense category in the blog post. I had mentioned Google adsense in the article and made "Google Adsense" the anchor text while I linked to my adsense category. That's internal linking right there.
