Intergrating site

Hello,
Can someone tell me how i can intergrate my main site footer & header with the default vbulletin theme?

All i really i need is the header modified to my template and my footer but i'm a newb as you probably see!

Gota a screen shot? Why not just coe them to look the same? If you provide a full image with PSD's I might be able to help you out.
