Installing vBulletin with Max File Size

I have server with max file size of 500kb which i wanna install vbulletin on. 3 xml files in \upload\install\ exceeds the file size limit can i split them up?

1. vbulletin-style.xml
2. vbulletin-lanaguage.xml
3.vbulletin-adminhelp.xml

If your server has a size of 500kb, you're one sad little man.
Cant you make a text file on the server, copy from the original xml, and post it in the text file on the server AND RENAME it to .xml

Just tried that and it doesnt work
