installing vbulletin problem..

When i write my url+install/install.php i get error. it looks like this-->

first i tried installing vbulletin on free hoster. then i paid for hosting. and i just get the same error. everything is fine. config.php is connet to mysql.

did u chmod everything to 777

SAFE MODE is on, get your host to turn this off, some how ever don't allow this.
